Announcing the Eugene Burger Scholarship for Affordable Housing

We’re pleased to share a new scholarship available to support IREM members working in affordable housing and to advance professionalism within the affordable housing sector. The Eugene Burger Scholarship for Affordable Housing covers 75% of the member tuition rate for up to three ARM certification courses or exams. The scholarship is ideal for IREM members (or current employees of an AMO® firm) who are working at a nonprofit housing provider.

This scholarship is funded through the Community Housing Opportunities Organization (CHOC) in honor of Eugene Burger, CPM® (1933 – 2021). As an EBMC employee, you know that Gene was a real estate management legend. He was a thought leader, a role model, an educator, and a champion of the affordable housing industry.
